These writings are preserved simply because there may someday be use for them or because they do actually contain some relevant information. The Ordo Charta did not always serve the Argent Order, and for that reason these writings are preserved--as historical reference and proof of origins.
Leon Agenor
Having just recently recovered from an illness that few know the details of, Leon Agenor has found the time to do a study or two on the various things around him. Given his illness has been linked to Chaos, this makes sense.
