Minas Ithil/Barony Treaty

Agreed to by King Regulus Blackmore of Hammarsett, King Relkin Sypher of Minas Ithil and Dictator Sordnaz Dagger of the Barony of Makar, this treaty forms an agreement ending the war between Minas Ithil and the Barony of Makar and establishing peace between their realms. The treaty's effective date is November 2, 2010 and is up for renewal on May 2, 2011. The requirement to pay 1,000 gold to Hammarsett was later dropped in exchange for military aid in Hammarsett's claiming of Elost from Eston.

Hammarsett agrees to give Winwich to Minas Ithil. Minas Ithil shall pay Hammarsett 1,000 gold/month for 6 months. The Barony of Makar gives Mansbridge to Minas Ithil. Relations between Minas Ithil and the Barony of Makar are raised to peace. The noble Herunumen is to be banned from the Barony of Makar and not accepted into the realms of any of the parties to this treaty. Nobles leading troops shall not enter the lands of the realms which they were at war with unless they have received permission by that realm. Priests are subject to the local realms laws. This treaty is for a term of 6 months at which time it can be renewed or modified.
