The Civil war trade contract

"I herby declare that my region will sell all excess food every week(all the food above the limit it needs to sustain it's self), for a fixed price of 40 gold per 100 bushels during the duration of the Madinan Civil War for the betterment of my region and the Republic.

If I do not manage to sell weekly, i will accept a fine of 50 gold per week where i did not export any food at all. After three total fines i will step down from my position and allow another noble to take my position for the betterment of region and realm.

In case unforeseen circumstances prevent me from exporting, like Monster/Undead attacks or strikes(bugs), I will not have to meet the above requirements, instead i will try to export as much as possible, what ever that may be."
