Announcement Letter

Your Majesty, Milady, Milords, and fellow Knights and Dames,

I hereby formally announce my entry into your ranks of the active nobility, and in so doing I will leave my wild, past life of adventuring behind. My name is Yleina, and I am the true sister of the Duke of Idapur, in blood and in name. I left Aenilia to journey south close to two decades ago, before my mother could marry me off. Then, after I had returned to my homeland a few years later, I discovered that no one recognized me any more in my new identity, save for my family.

Now I have finally reclaimed my birthright, and it is my hope that I will be welcomed within your ranks, esteemed nobles of Aenilia. I have heard that we find ourselves in troubling times of war. May the Aenil bless all of you, my good Lords and Lady, in all of your endeavors.
