Mentor Lesson 4 region Lord's job
Responsibilities of a lord is to keep your region in good shape.
The best way to do this it to be a bureaucrat, but then we wouldn't have an army anymore would we?
If you are a bureaucrat, you can do region maintenance to increase production and administration to increase Moral, Loyalty and a little bit of production.
Like the Judge can in the whole realm, as a region Lord you can hold court in your region. There are tree types of court, all with an other working:
- Be just - This will raise moral and loyalty, but could result in region control drop and could increase freedom movement in your region.
- Normal - All will raise a little.
- Harsh - This is the best way to get region control up, but you have moral and loyalty drop. Don't do this when moral and loyalty are very below 50 %.
But there is more:
- If you can afford the gold, you should built fortifications.
- if you have fortifications, repair damage.
- Make sure there is enough food, if not, make sure you get it from an other region.
- You can either message a Lord from a surrounding region, but better is to ask the Banker.
- Make sure you send the surplus food to a other region.
- The food is also watched by our banker, he can also change your region settings. Make good arrangements with our Banker, he is the head of food business.
- Build economy, like recruitment centres and paraphernalia.
- Ask your Duke and our General for information on what to build in your region.
- Report enemies in your region and if you are in your region send scouting reports to the realm.
- If you need gold for your region, ask you Duke.
