Mentor Lesson 1 Paperwork

On the left in your screen you have the menu.
Message you can do by yourself, you don't need me to explain.
We will start with Paperwork.

In this menu you see:

- Preferences
- Voting
- Unit settings
- Payment settings

We will take one at a time,

• Preferences of the messages, I advice you to keep them at older messages first, this way you see the messages that were sent since your last visit first.
  

• Voting: Here you can vote for Ruler and judge. Don't vote for them right away, you don't know who is capable for the jobs. When you play a but longer you get a picture of al TL's (Troop Leaders (us) ), and will be able to make a good vote.
  

Also you can announce what you are willing to become. If there is a v in the square, it means you don't want to be that person (banker / judge etc.)

• Unit settings: This is very important!!
  

Unit settings are divided in two elements,
- aggression
- deploy line

Aggression:
When you have no orders from general, always have them on "normal or defensive". Why this? Because if there are troops of "neutral" realms travel through our regions or you through their regions, you will attack them. That is a waste of soldiers and region production.

Every battle you go to, you general should give you orders about the unit settings, if he does not give them to you, you should ask for them.

Deploy Line:
There are four rows. 1 Front, 2 middle, 3 back, 4 rearguard.

You can also choose to put them in line, box ,etc. Our general will order that too.

All the settings are different for different soldiers, so look very carefully!

• Payment settings:
  

I advise you to pay your men every 4 to 5 days. The more expensive per week, the more they cost you. In that week you might lose a few men, whom you won't have to pay :)
