More Incomings

(Thrydwulf Rides through the City of Keffa, through the camps of Heenites and Sintians rallying them with a speech)

"Tonight my friends - Heenite's and Sintians alike, there shall be another battle in Keffa. This time, it will be inside the walls. For some reason we did not manage to find the Ashborn noble they call Hendrick this morning, and he has scuppered our plans by releaseing the drawbridge chains so that we cannot shut the gate.

This means that the enemy forces of Mesh and Ashborn will be able to storm through. But fear not, for they will have to get into the castle through this gate, and we shall have enough forces to be able to hold them there. They shall not enter further than the gatehouse, and their bodies will be piled so high they will turn and flee.

Tonight we are stronger than them, and while we did not get the battle we wanted, we will still get the result. I have faith.

Do not pray, for you have no need. Do not wish, it is merely a waste of time. Use this time, to right yourselves, don your armour, find your feet - recover your weapons and prepare to hold the gate.

To those of you who left Joppo with me to join Heen after Mesh took out our city, today my words are especially for you. Tonight, the tables will turn, and tonight, many Mesh soldiers will fall under our hands. Today the city is ours, and Mesh will not destroy it for us - they will destroy it for Sint! The walls will fall tonight, so be on your toes. If you need to pray, then pray that we do not see another undead horde the size of the one that claimed Joppo for over 2 weeks. Tonight we will remake history, for it will not be our deaths, but the deaths of those who killed so many in Joppo, the deaths of those who took our lands, the deaths of those who hurt us then.
