Shrine in Kif

(Beatrice had finally raised enough gold, and got permission from the senate in Heen to construct a temple to the Path of the Green Dragon in her now fully population region of Kif, and sent a message to the members of the religion explaining her actions.)

The Letter

It has been my quest since moving to the desert lands of Heen to show the people under me the spirit i believe in. While Kif is definitely not the size of Joppo, the people still follow me just as dilligently.

They were complaining about lack of faith, so in order to show them exactly how i felt, i constructed a temple in the woodlands here. I have made many many good friends here in Kif, the locals are very friendly. I am able to spend much more time with them than i could do in Joppo - purely because of the numbers.

I have also donated most of my time to running the Bureaucratic side of things here in Heen, and have learnt a great deal. My skills almost surpass those of the tutors in the Academies.

Perhaps one day I will become a priest of the Order, in order to deal with the people at an even closer level - but for now, I would still like to keep up with the paperwork. He have lots of work still to do here in the desert lands, but we are beginning to recover from the civil war.

I know that things are still a little edgy as far as our realms relations are concerned, but perhaps we can unite in Faith. I still hold Count Purple and yourself in high esteem, and i am sure we will meet again soon.

I hope the new temple of Kif is the start of something good for the people of Kif.
