Avalon and Fronen Peace Treaty

1. For a period of 12 months, Avalon will not enter Fronen lands (except Vale) without prior approval by the Fronen Ruler.

2. Fronen will be allowed to enter Avalonien lands peacefully (no looting nor anything else that damages Avalon but free passage). Any Fronen TL that damages Avalon would be taken care of by Fronen´s judge and damage would be repayed on a fair basis (if calculable). The same the other way round when Avalonien TLs enter Fronen lands.

3. Both parties are refrained from attacking the other on Avalonien or Fronen soil. Being part of an allied army in foreign lands is allowed though as it doesn´t hurt the realms infrastructure.

4. Both Parties sign a peace treathy and follow that treathy for atleast 12 months and are forced to give at least 2 weeks notive before dropping to neutral. (after the 12 initial months.).

5. Grim-Reaper will publicly appologies for: 1) the loss of life on both sides. 2) the broken agreements who where (talking about the judge thingy) Either not in Grim-Reapers direct control or 2) (the 1 on 1 thing) in Grim-Reapers direct control.

6. Avalon will not attack any of Fronen´s current allies Ashborn, Melhed, Mesh, Old Grehk, Plergoth, Riombara, Thalmarkin within the first 6 months after the day this treaty is signed nor enter a region with agressive intentions that has a claim of one of the allies mentioned.

7. Fronen will release Sheja and Ippetimbal to Avalon.

8. Avalon will drop its claims on Vale (the region will be regarded as Fronen territory).

9. Avalon will surrender Cori to Fronen and drop its claim on that region (the region will be regarded as Fronen territory).

10. Avalon will hand over the region of Pel Mark to a realm Fronen will choose (the the region will be regarded as territory of the realm chosen by Fronen).

11. Avalon will pay the amount of 5.000 gold to Fronen or a realm of Fronen´s choice within 8 weeks after this contract is signed.

12. Avalon will limit its military power to 25.000 cs for at least 3 months after this contract is signed
