Eirikr Family/Maduin

The first of the Eirikr family's sons to show any real strategic aptitude, Maduin was sent out to represent his family in the Barony of Makar's nobility. He has since grown into a strong fighter and a brilliant tactician, though he seems to be losing some skill with age. He is the current Marshal of the Makarian Horde and Baron of Yule.

Maduin's journey began with a knighthood in Yule under Ian Blackmore (Blackmore Family). Eventually, Baron Ian was killed and Maduin was chosen to take his place. Maduin's respect for the late Ian led him to keep Yule fairly the same, even retaining the Hand of Hel symbols in the halls of the lord's estate. He has held the position ever since, attempting to be a living legacy.

Maduin's military career has been a little less straightforward. In his early days, his ability on the battlefield and attunement to orders granted him a place in Dictator Sordnaz's special forces, The Immortals. Maduin made his way up through the ranks, attaining the rank of Vice-Marshal and eventually Marshal. The army is long since dissolved, but Maduin still carries their banner to battle. The next logical step was to join the Makarian Horde, the Barony's standard army. Maduin quickly ascended through the ranks to Marshal where he remains to this date.

Once possessed Tempus' Book of the Blessed, purchased off the adventurer Danya. Unfortunately, it seems he could not hold onto it as it was lost to monsters less than a week later.
