Charge: multiple cases of dishonourable and ignoble behaviour towards the royal treasurer with claims of the treasurer not beeing a noble an fabrications of horrible lies false accusations of treason/ false acusations of repeating attempts to murder refusing cooperation and ignoring to solve a conflict started by him Refusing to accept the autority of a goverment member thusly undermining the autority of the King Disturbing the peace by public protest full of non sense

Summary of the case: We are all aware of the case. I will ask the Lord arch priest to look into the matter him self. To decide if i am right or wrong in my case with the charges i make. I will add some quotes bellow as a reminder: Davis was a former traitor and has multiple family members of his threaten mine both myself and King Dobromir." I am also new to the position of banker. I also asked to have other lords buy the food (which was for the price of 20 gold as Lord Aiden earlier stated he wanted), since Lord Aiden never bought it. After that he apointed Lord Leonardo as his steward and thusly he did what i asked for by giving away part of his responsibility, acknowledging he couldn't handle it. Which are all no reasons to protest publicly against a just formed goverment you'd support. If theres anyone a traitor, he is. All the rest are again, fabricated lies. I also do not think he made Dunnera happen, it was our King Treamlin and all the nobles that plead for it in Caligus and Supported it in Sirion.

Opinions of the Attendants: Attendant 1 I sympathize with the treasurer on this matter. His honour was attacked over something petty and this feud Lord Aiden has caused is surely dividing our realm. I feel a fairly hefty fine would be in order as far as severity. Don't bankrupt the man, but show him the causing schisms amongst our nobles is not to be tolerated. This feud is pointless and he needs to be shown that. Attendant 2 I must say, I put my coins on the Royal Treasurer. First, because he is the one enpowered to order the food negotiation, to prevent starvation. Second, because he is not responsible for the price offered; indeed, he can ask for better prices, but the price asked is always defined by the seller. Third, because the Duke acted without honor or nobility. He attacked the Royal Treasurer publicly. Fourth, because the Duke acted as a coward. We are not a land to cowards. And, finally, because the Duke forced the condemnation of the Treasurer, menacing him, you, me and all Dunnera, saying that "King Dobromir will not like this", and we are an independant realm. I ask you for condemnation to Duke Aiden, based on this. To me, finning him is enough, for this is the first time he acted based only on his own demands, putting Dunnera under them. Attendant 3 250 gold fine and a warning that a ban will follow on repeated offenses. Attendant 4 No Opinion

Decision: 200 gold fine issued to Lord Aiden of Fontan. Reason: For falsely accusing Royal Treasurer of treason, insulting him by referring him as a commoner, and refusing to apologize even after being asked to.
