Day of Lovers

Celebrated on the fourteenth day of the second moon. (14/2)

A day to celebrate the love between two people. It is customary to exchange gifts on this day and to take the time to be together with the one you love. Visiting the temples for a prayer to Darka is also common, even among those who have dedicated themselves to either Sigrid or Lodril.

Independence Day

Celebrated on the seventeenth day of the third moon. (17/3)

The followers of Sigrid, Darka and Lodril gather around the lake near Azzal and Tolhuar to once again show their independence from Sigund's womb. They do this by using several pigments to colour the lake, mostly green pigments, to show how Sigund's power is fading.

Day of the Faithful

Celebrated on the first day of the fifth moon. (1/5)

On this day people celebrate their faith. Visits to temples are very common and over all the day is dedicated to religious activities(prayer, offering sacrifices etc.), even at the expense of normal work.

Eruption Day

Celebrated on the twenty-fourth day of the sixth moon. (24/6)

Celebrating the day Darka, Lodril and Sigrid freed themselves from the embrace of Sigund. Large festivals are held, fires lit and dances held. The High Priests/Priestesses make a special sacrifice to the three gods on Mnt. Sinclair.

Day of Souls

Celebrated on the fourth day of the eleventh moon. (4/11)

Day of Souls is a day for remembering those who have died and joined Lodril. It is customary to visit a temple to offer sacrifices on this day and have a feast in the evening and tell stories of those who have moved on. Red marks are drawn to the door to keep away the souls of your past enemies and blue marks are painted to welcome those you loved.
