Crimes Against the Guild

Count Jon Paul not only presents an unusual mental landscape in his capacity to swing from compliance to elimination, he has also committed crimes against the guild he was once an outspoken “proud member” of.

Supreme Justice, I present to you two crimes of Count Jon Paul Ogren against his guild the Congress of Democracy. Had our guild survived he would have had to face prosecution by its means. Since this is not the case, I plea for the Realm to trial him on these charges. This issue is to be decided by the realm’s courts because there is no other with which we can prosecute him in.

Count Jon Paul has committed looting against the Congress of Democracy by sacking the guild of 28 gold, and then while his raving band of cronies dismantled our building he robbed us of another 34 pieces of gold. This money belongs to the Congressmen not him, and I accuse him of theft of 64 gold.

In addition to that crime, Count Jon Paul has committed severe property destruction against the Congress of Democracy and the region of An Najaf. By destroying the Congress he has set an ugly precedent over the sacred elected office of Lord and has blemished the jewel of Fontan, An Najaf. The guild was an expensive building to build (350 gold total I recall) and the Congress demands that Count Jon Paul pays reparations or is at least fined a suitable amount for our loss.

Here is the evidence to support all that I have presented above:

Important Event for "Congress of Democracy" (13 hours, 42 minutes ago)

Sir Jon Paul Ogren, Count of An Najaf has sacked the small guildhouse in his region, and taken 28 gold from the treasury.

Important Event for "Congress of Democracy" (13 hours, 40 minutes ago)

Sir Jon Paul Ogren, Count of An Najaf has destroyed the small guildhouse of Congress of Democracy in his region, burning it to the ground and taking the 34 gold that were stored there. Loyal servants could save 1 gold, which have been added to the global treasury.

This is unusual behaviour from an elected Count. To loot and plunder in your own realm is the actions of either a noble who does not know any better or a knight under strict orders. Count Jon Paul had no reservations about stealing from his guild, and this argument should be enough evidence to convict him of criminal actions.
