One or Two weeks ago...

Femme spent most of her days in Vornion Studying it's Magnificent Prehistoric Megalithic Structures. Many books were stored in the Libraries of Vornion's Castle about them. But none of them said anything about who, or what, made them. In fact, any Scholar she asked didn't even bother explaining any of it to her.

So When Femme over heard a few scholars talking about the Empire, she listened in.

One Scholar "That Outsider keeps asking about The Nion, what should we say?"

Two Scholar "Say what we always say! Which is the truth, We don't know much at all about them.

One Scholar "You really believe that to be true? You happened to stumble across the magic there your self! You seen what we all seen!"

Two Scholar "Sir, there is no such magic, what we all seen was a simple hallucination caused by our dehydration, there was no such thing as the Nion or their magic."

One Scholar "oh yea? They why was that man thrown of his horse?"

Two Scholar "It reared up into the air and bucked him."

One Scholar "Bull s--t, you and I know that Thing Threw him!"

Femme heard one of the men leave the room, leaving the other Muttering. She could make out this last sentence before he to left.

"Maybe The Outsider will come in and find proof that they are real, along with their magic. But I doubt she will be able to complete the Cherny..."

Femme shook her head. Did he say Cherny? The ritual the men in Vornion do to prove they have become a man? Is that the first step to gain their trust and love?
