Dear fellow Rulers

About 5 months ago, Avalon signed a 6 months treaty with Hetland.
Unfortunately both parties forgot to save a copy of the treaty and as soon as we needed it, our scribes could not find it anymore. I asked Hetland if we should negotiate a new treaty, but even with a positive answer, no negotiations took place.

The basis of the treaty was a non aggression pact and i will maintain this stance as long as Hetland do not attack on Avalon ground or let enemy troops pass their lands to attack Avalon.

As Hetland is attacking one of avalons allies, we are forced to drop relationships to neutral and defend our ally.
This means also that Avalon and Hetland troops will be on opposite sides for as long as the conflict goes on.
Avalon will maintain in the spirit of the treaty and will not operate on regions that currently belong to Hetland.
