This properly belongs under the hierarchy for the city of Outer Tilog, not as part of the realm of Outer Tilog's hierarchy. i.e. put it in Colonies/Outer Tilog.
Colonies/Outer Tilog leads to the page for the Realm, not the city, which is part of why I moved it here Murakama (the other part being that the note made it look like Giblot had successfully taken over the realm rather than just the city and I wanted to make it clear for new players that Outer Tilog hasn't been beaten quite yet)!
