A core region of the Republic of Fwuvoghor on Beluaterra.

After a long and unrecognized history, the warrior-lord, Aerthbatol Nimis, instituted the first official records of the rural region known as Piwani under the Republic of Fwuvoghor. The midlands of Piwani are bordered by the badlands of Darhauyo, Tey Gren, and the fortress of Zod to the east. The midlands continue further south through Ulallo and Ketampkin, and they meander north through Tindle. Bordering to the west is the Great Central Forest, as it is known to the locals, which encompasses the provinces of Eg Tutnu and Zuhle.

Like many other regions in Beluaterra, Piwani was ravaged by the daimon armies that brutally destroyed much of the countryside. The few pieces of recorded history of the past ages of the First and Second Invasions were either lost or ruined because of the devastation wrought by the daimons on the populace. Piwani passed hands through many nations during the daimon invasion and it wasn't until the region came under the Republic of Fwuvoghor's full control did the population of the region begin to recover.
