The obsidian islanders have agreed to hand over the region of Gadlock to Nivemus along with a number of guaranties relating to third party use of lands. Nivemus is clearly determined that in future realms such as Perdan won't be using OI as a base of operations to attack them as they have done in the past. In the treaty third party realms are not allowed to march through allied territory to attack other realms. Territorially this is a small gain for Nivemus but one they will be proud of in any case.
