This hat was said to be blessed by an old wise man to grant the wearer extraordinary luck in their endeavors many years ago. A bit worn about the edges but it magically resists wear despite its older worn appearance. A remarkable feat claimed to be bestowed by the hat is that those who where once unable to whistle suddenly acquire the urge and ability to do so. Those who already possessed the ability seem unaffected.
