Region Description

Bil Havil is a small and spirited agriculture and fishing community located in the wooded region just south of the Fell Crossing. Its location makes it an important choke point of war and trade. There are few buildings of note in this region, the people being modest, and their efforts one of simple focus on cultivating the acorns from the oak trees.

The senator's estate consists of production and resides on a small mountain known as Havil Mountain, bordering the Bil River. The senator's manor was renovated several times by Senator Jefferson Vita. It consists of three four marble columns at the entrance and two wings. The central rooms consists of entertaining rooms and studies. The eastern wing consisting of bedrooms and a dining room. In separate buildings to the east there is a kitchen and laundry room staffed by the various servants. The western wing consists of a massive library of man's collected knowledge. Immediately surrounding the estate are gardens of flowers, which are in constant bloom through the various seasons. Most of the estate is devoted to the various orchards growing numerous amounts of fruits. There is a large oak forest which is harvested for its wood. Bil River runs by the senator's estate and is fished from during the spring and summer while it is used for ice during the fall and winter to preserve goods. It is also of key importance as goods flow up and down the river from Agyr, a major port of Beluaterra.

The town center contains an inn, the local garrison, two recruitment centers, a blacksmith, a thriving market, a primitive temple to the Old Gods, some Houses of Healing, a banner maker, a scouts guild, and a cartbuilder. The scout guild is known for their extra ability to help their unit forage food when necessary.
