The Republic of Fwuvoghor was created as an independent state by Dirrik Hobbs, Duke of Fwuvoghor under Enweil rule. He wrote the Articles of Independence himself, with the advice of scholars in the city, to create a government that would not allow the corruption he felt had overcome Enweil's old council. Dirrik was elected the first Prime Minister and served until his death at the hands of monsters.
