After hearing rumors of such an item, commonborn adventurer Smiddich recovered the item (+6 prestige) from the Chaos Temple deep within the Obsidian Isles.
Knowing this artifact to be precious to the native faith, he spirited it away to be restored by sages, so poorly was its condition.
It was lost, but has now been uncovered by Deltur in the region of Winkamus
Found (+7 prestige) by Dave on August 6, 2019 who was scavenging through piles of trash in Ar Raqqah.
