Vix Tiramora/Role of the Houses Law

This law was repealed on 9-24-1018.

1. All representatives are allowed to change their allegiances freely.

2. All representatives are allowed to set up their own houses. But until the house they created becomes a great house, they must be a member of one of the existing three great houses.
