> Valinorism

Micah has arrived in Sermbar after visiting Parm way up on the northern border. He lays down, late at night, ina bed at an inn that used to bear a very Sirion name, "Doc's Hearth." Sadly its been scratched out due to the rogues takeover of the region and lack of Sirion administrators.

As Micah falls asleep, he slowly drifts off into the distance. Then he begins to dream.

Micah is suddenly standing off in Limbar. As he recognizes the Celestial Forest just behind him. Looking around, he is shocked to find that he is surrounded by elves. Elves! He immediately heads over to the nearest to strike up a conversation, but he is ignored. Thinking he's done something wrong, Micah goes up to several other groups of them and tries to get their attention but is ignored again and again.

The elves are very intent on what's happening up on a dais in front of the group, which Micah is now watching. There are nine elves, each wearing a different color robe. Micah notices the elf wearing the green robe, having a long white beard very similar to Tydalin. As these elves were chanting together up on the dais, the sky started to darken with fast approaching clouds. The chanting continued, getting louder and louder.

Suddenly, a large flash of lightning struck behind the dais, and everyone gasped, for now there were deities among them. The Elves had all seen their Celestial Divines before, but not like this. Micah immediately recognized the Divines that appeared, as he had studied many ancient texts and murals depicting them.

The Divine named Ghev Loa spoke first, roaring "This is it, Aram Nuu! For your despicable actions, you are no longer a Celestial Divine! You will be staying down here, tethered, for all eternity. You will never be allowed to destroy what we have created; instead you will be stuck under the ocean for all eternity!"

At that exact moment, the nine elven priests' chanting hit a fevered pitch; the sound was reverberating through Micah's ears, drowning out any other sounds. Colored lights started to glow around the elven priests, combining and swirling into a mosaic of color. The color itself descended upon Aram Nuu, and picked him up, and tethered him to the ground. Aram Nuu struggled and struggled, but was unable to move. The priests' chanting now changed in timbre and pitch, getting lower and lower until Micah could no longer hear it but could feel it vibrating his body, somehow still drowning out all other sounds.

The land to the southeast started to quiver at first around Aram Nuu, and then it started to shake violent. More lightning struck around him, the entire landmass started to shake, knocking Micah down to the ground along with the watching elves around him. The priests' continued to stand, arms raised, mouths moving in unison as they presumably chanted.

More lightning strikes. More chanting. Then the land itself opened up, swallowing Aram Nuu, the ocean now existing where moments before was land. Micah turned around to look back at the dais, and was shocked to see the forests had gone and the turrets of Avamar were no longer to his southwest but instead due west.

Micah awoke, dripping in sweat. Was this real? If this ritual was what had originally happened to move land masses, does that mean that Good Tidings actually released Aram Nuu when these new lands appeared? Micah's heart fell down to his knees, and he immediately prepared to ride back into Sirion. If this was true, then they must be prepared, and he must now find out any information he could about this sinking ritual he just witnessed.
