What about instead of making it impossible to TO individual regions, make it harder to hold unless they are in their "historical" duchy? So, you /could/ take all the regions that should belong to duchy A...If you want to have occupying armies in them on a regular basis. Shwartzring 20:40, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

That could be interesting, and a good idea to keep Local Lords in power. There's some belancing that needs looking into between Lords and Dukes.
