28th March 2008 Mother, There is a man. He is a noble man from a distinguished family. He is a little rough around the edges, but sometimes when he looks at me I can see a softness and kindness that is well hidden. Yesterday he... kissed me. It was so warm and soft but he has not spoken to me since. I hope he will speak to me soon but I am not certain of what I might say. 26 September 2007 Mother, I have finally done it, I can't believe it myself. By royal decree of the King I am to be made a noble. I am travelling to the capital for the ceremony as I write this. I'm sorry I have not written for so long. There's so much to tell. First there was Darkheart, then Zhou Tai, Jurrd and Drexel. We hunted and fought, gathered and fought until the Royal Treasurer contacted us directly with a dangerous mission. We accepted of course. Then there was prison, and torture and Zhou Tai was executed. But the undead wanted him to work for them, so he is alive again. Anyway, it was all worth it, because now I am going to be a noble. Of course I need to serve the realm that I have won my nobility in, but one day I might return and you can be proud of me. Love always, Skye Uceek
