The Battle of Pucallpa

Erik Eyolf saw a lot of flags in the battlefield. The long and distant beaches. The men walking in the valley. The sound of the drums and flutes. The feet marching in the enemy's direction. But for an instant there was just a perfect silence. The sound of the waves in the beach and a bird in the sky. A perfect sound. A perfect silence.

Erik Eyolf: "CHARGE!!!!!!"

Captain Karl: "Stormwalkers, storm the enemy!!!"

Stormwalkers: "For Sirion!!!"

The armies moved forward in a great confusion perfectly organized. The flutes and flags indicated the battle formations. It was the first time that Erik saw the soldiers, knights and Lords of Sultanate of Asena. It was also his first battle in Pucallpa, to free the people of that region. Elfic swords against scimitars. The youth dragon of Dolmbar moved forward with his soldiers. In the battlefield he saw some friends and a great portion of enemies to kill. The lines moved with blood, transpiration and death screams. Erik and the Stromwalkers led the Army of Sirion with the other Marshals and armies. The arrows reached many soldiers during the first movements. But many survived to cross the swords. Man against man. Armors against swords. The warrior was testing his new armor during that combat, but the enemies practically didn't pass of his sword.

Many soldiers were hurt during the combat, opening space for the Cavalry. The horses went by the infantry and broke the last enemy lines. The combat was finishing and Erik felt the smell of the victory. Smell of blood. The Stormwalkers walked in the battlefield threading the sword in the fallen soldiers. After weeks hunting monsters and undeads was very good to be again in a good battle.

Erik Eyolf: "Captain Karl! Report!"

Captain Karl: "10 men were killed and 20 were wounded in this battle. We still have 21 soldiers ready for the action. Many enemies were wounded."

Erik Eyolf: "Finally a good battle. The reports indicated that some important people would be in this combat. Important or not, they will have to return home after this defeat."

Erik caught the amphora of wine in the belt and had a great sip. While his soldiers finished cleaning the battlefield, throwing some bodies in the sea, Erik had to answer messages and prepare the orders.
