Bad Tidings: Anomalies Sighted Throughout Whole Continent

East Continent on 2005.12.16

Strange rumours reached Fontan one by one around 20th and 21st, saying that unknown critters have shown up in the vicinity of Evora mountain range, and a heterodox cult has sprung up in Akesh Temple, spreading mysterious prophecies insinuating the destruction of Sirion Castle, as well as the ultimate descension of the existence known as "The Third". Though the Council of Fontan has tried to calm its people from the apparent nonsense, it also stated that in the undesirable case of a real, full-scale undead invasion, the realm of Fontan is more than capable of facing this threat at any given time. Now we can only hope that, with the passing of time, these rumors from nowhere can all be proven wrong and settled, or otherwise.

Final Confrontation: The Mother of All Battles

The day has come at length to put an end to the hot prickle down the back of the neck of Sirion and Fontan which is notoriously and widely known as Avamar. On 20th night, an assault army with an unprecedented size of over than 50000 CS has completed its amassing process by Fontan, Sirion and Old Rancagua, surrounding the city of Avamar, waiting for the final signal to attack. After the long awaited bugle call, the hugest battle ever in the history of all continents finally began with brave soilders charging towards the level five fortifications, shouting for victory. Though the Avamarians have also tried everything they can and managed to assemble a defensing army of nearly 25000 CS, it has been broken through one point after another; those who without valor all succumbed to the gigantic power of the assaulting forces under first encounters, those who continued their useless resistances obstinately all swallowed by the enormous tides of war, and there is simply nothing that could stop the assault army from entering the city and destroying all thing, animate or inanimate. By the dawn of 21st, most parts of the city have been reduced to nothing more but ruins. A handful of Avamarians were still resisting stubbornly, while more were either dead of escaped during the dark night. Prime Minister Doc of Sirion excitedly expressed his gratefulness to all allies, stating that this is a great day that shall and will be recorded into the history, and the helps from Old Rancagua and Fontan will never be forgotten. Meanwhile, Avamar leader Lalakis has also announced his last statement as Prime Minister of Avamar, accepted the outcome of the battle and the inevitable fate of Avamar. It is very clearly by now that Avamar will have no chance to see the new sun of next year. Let us hooray for the great victory! Let us hooray for the valiant soldiers of Fontan!
