The Church of the Rising sun

The Church of the Rising Sun

The Church of the Rising Sun is a group of people who worship the sun and try to keep The Balance

Followers of this religion are split up into three groups.

Scholars

Scholars are the people who try to spread the word those who have not heard it and convince those who are not listening. They are also in charge of scribing the history of the religion.

Warriors

These proud people have sworn to protect the Enlightened and the Scholars. they are also in charge of keeping The Balance. They do this by sending undead and daemons back to the Dark.

Enlightened

This is the majority of the religion. They understood the words of the scholars and follow The Light. From here they can decided if they want to follow the path of the Warrior or the path of the Scholar.

The Balance

The balance is the universal cycle which governs the world. Life is born into the The Light lives its life and then dies and travels into The Dark. This circle will continue for ever in less the balance is broken. this can happen many ways but the most important one is that of undead or daemons forcing there way into the light. If this is ignored the balance could be lost and world be crushed with no cycle to govern it. The main role of the Warrior's path is stop this from happening.
