Generic Religious Law for everyone within the borders of the Tectum of Novus Spes, including foreigners:

1. Religious tolerance is ensured as long as no major trouble is stirred up within the Kingdom. Then any action may be taken by the King/Queen or the Arch Priest/ess to ensure order and peaceful atmosphere within the Kingdom.
2. The King/Queen and the Arch Priest/ess maintain the right to arrest a priest on will, with no intention of insult to the religion he represents, no questions asked. They do also maintain the right to issue the arrest of a priest from another noble of the Kingdom should that be deemed necessary.
3. In extreme occasions, the King/Queen and the Arch Priest/ess maintain the right to ban a religion from the Kingdom as this may be deemed necessary for matters of realm security. The public consent of both parties, as aforementioned the King/Queen and the Arch Priest/ess, is required for the action to be validated as legal.
4. The building of any Temples will need the consent either of the Arch Priest/ess or that of the King/Queen. Any Temple built without the aforementioned permission from the highest authorities will be forced in immediate demolition. Any kind of looting or damage of any religious Temple is prohibited unless if the specific religion has been declared officially banned from the Kingdom.
5. The building of Shrines is allowed within the Kingdom without any permission required. Any kind of looting or damage of any religious Shrine is prohibited unless if the specific religion has been declared officially banned from the Kingdom.
6. The Arch Priest/ess is responsible for dealing with any religious matters and he is the one to be accountable for them. Intervention of the Queen is permitted whenever that is required.
