A Return to Aja...

The capital has been moved to its original location of Aja. Massive disruption to Tara regions have caused the recall of all region lords back to their lands. We expect the situation will stabilize soon.

Caergoth Takes Wynford!
April 19th, 2008

Our Southern Allies have scored a great victory today, freeing Wynford from ASI hands. This ends any enemy presence south of the island group the snakes call home. Reports now indicate the south is massing for a charge into the heartland of ASI.

Several Pyhrric Victories in Barnlure!
April 16th, 2008

Visibly demonstrating that they're not dead yet, ASI pulled an impressive outcome in Barnlure as they desperately attempted to prevent its fall to Carelia. 13,509 CS of ASI caused massive damage to the 17,163 CS of Allied Forces during the first battle. Though the battle ended in a victory for the Allies, their strength was so badly weakened that a liberation of Barnlure became impossible. The region has since fallen to rogues where none rule.

Several more battles took place after the first as both sides tried to gain advantage. These battles ended very badly for ASI as the now alert Allies battered them... leaving many wounded. Both sides beat a hasty retreat a few days later as an army of Undead crested the horizon.

Tichi Saved Again!
April 15th, 2008

Due to the mass murders committed by ASI, Tichi switched to our side faster than normal. Wind Flower was made Baron of Tichi but this resulted in massive protests among the population. It appears that Kurohyou is loved here after all.

We gain Inxi. We lose Tichi.
April 13th, 2008

We gained the Inxi today in a Takeover while losing Tichi again to ASI. The brutality of the Serpents deserves special mention as they systematically murdered everyone they could find. Tichi is now a shell of what it once was.

Numerous minor battles were waged as the many armies jockeyed for position. Expect a major battle soon.

Rabbit War Talks...
April 13th, 2008

Apparently, the war with Falasan is under negotiation. Despite a Declaration of War from the Rabbit, we have yet to see any incursion from the Rodent horde. News has instead arrived of the Falasan King's willingness to talk about the hostilities that exist.

Phony War, anyone?

Falasan Declares War on Tara!
April 7th, 2008

Following Tara's lack of response to the Rabbit ultimatum on CE passage thru Tara, Falasan has declared war. The news has come as a shock to the Military Council as few thought Falasan could afford even more enemies. Debate rages on what to do about it. Shall we ignore it or retaliate?

Rabbit Stew, Anyone?
April 7th, 2008

Falasan suffered a setback today as two separate battles went badly for them. About 13,000 CS of Rabbits faced 23,000 CS of CE/Talerium Troops in a desperate attempt to protect their lands from liberators. Numerous Falasan Nobles were captured while a Cagilan Empire Hero, Narcissus Orcus, was killed.

The battles took place in Nazia and Picnu. Expect more to come.
