Let it be known that the writer of this page left exactly 2 minutes between adressing the ruler about this problem and starting this page, giving him no chance to reread it or even adjust the constitution. I want this page to be deleted as soon as adjustements are made, because then it is demoralising propaganda and irrelevant as changes are made. Foreign Curs 20:18, 9 May 2007 (CEST)
