Mind if I move this to a subpage of Atamara? --John 8 October 2005 23:06 (CEST)

Hmm, I think it will need it's own page as more things start developing there. Olik

Explain. Being a subpage does nothing except help organization; subpages can have subpages of their own. --John 9 October 2005 00:15 (CEST)
Er well, I guess I just prefer not having giant uber-pages. Or did you mean, just changing the category? See if someone links to Suville it will come nice and clean to this page, whereas if its only a subpage of something else they'll have to use the # as well as know where that somewhere-else might be. Olik 9 October 2005 00:33 (CEST)
Oh, I see. No, I don't mean to include it as part of the actual Atamara page, but to name it Atamara/Suville. If all the region pages use that format, then everyone will know to use it, and people who come across a region will instantly know what island it's on. See Beluaterra/Melegra. It's a little more cumbersome, but with hundreds of regions, it's important to keep them organized as much as possible, especially because the South Islands share region names. --John 9 October 2005 14:55 (CEST)
Ah. Hmm. Well if anything it oughtta be Abington/Suville no? Most of the stuff there is RP info specifically by and for Abington RPers, I doubt invaders - if that ever happened - would care for it much. I understand the need for SWI/SEI to use differentials but there is only one Suville, seems kinda redundant to have it Atamara or Abington, as well as part of Atamara or Abington categories. Olik 9 October 2005 17:37 (CEST)
I'd have no problem with either Atamara/Suville or Abington/Suville. I actually prefer Continent/Region format, since linkers wouldn't have to keep track of what realm each region belongs to, and having a chance of RP moving between realms would be a nice touch, IMHO. AlexTurner 9 October 2005 18:48 (CEST)
Hmm well, I see that point if its gonna be a general format. I guess I just don't see why not have a page with categories instead of using the / distinction. In one other RPG wiki I know of, (ns.goobergunch.net) its more simple to get people to categorize correctly than to create nested titles. Cuz what if I wanted a page all of it's own for a famous tavern in some region? Then it's Atmara/Suville/Villeways. That's messy, its best to (if the page in question is more than a stub anyway) have its own page and just link to the others and in the same category. Well whatever, I guess it depends on how the folks who run this place, i.e not me, want it to be stylized. Olik 9 October 2005 22:35 (CEST)
Oh, it's definitely a pain to get people to use nested titles, but that's why we have editors. Speaking of which, do you mind if I make the move? --John 10 October 2005 05:58 (CEST)
I guess not. Olik 10 October 2005 17:43 (CEST)
That is to say, yes go for it. ;) Also, same should probably be done for lil old Wynford too. Olik 15 October 2005 23:02 (CEST)
Sorry, I've been holding off on moving them while there's been a discussion on the subject on the editors' pages. I'll move them now. --John 15 October 2005 23:47 (CEST)

Bad redirect

Hi.. Callisto here.. whoever last edited, am not comfy with the word "Empire".. Faith 03:00, 10 October 2007 (CEST)

I can't (or rather ctrl + f) can't see the word empire on the page? --The1exile 18:38, 10 October 2007 (CEST)
That's because someone re-created the page Suville in a rather presumptuous manner, while the talk page still redirects to here. --Anaris 19:29, 10 October 2007 (CEST)

These last few comments are the result of a tricky and misleading redirect to this page from Talk:Suville. I have removed the redirect. --Indirik 19:51, 10 October 2007 (CEST)

Updates

I've updated the info that I can, but my guess is that the nobles of the region have changed. I'd suggest deletion of that section. --Tinsley 16:03, 6 May 2008 (CEST)
