currently unfinished and the following applies for now. embarking uses personal hours. to reach open sea, naval hours are used (eg.. 2 personal hours on hand after embarking, 4 hours to reach open sea. next turn, you reach open sea) to land, naval hours are used. eg 25 hours to land = 13 hours left the next turn, 1 the turn after, then land. upon landing, your personal hours are culled to 4 hours, then your quota of the turn's hours are added. eg you get 8 hours normally, upon landing, you'll have 4+8=12 turns. if you are a priest, you'll start with 4 hours upon landing and your hours will start accumulating again as normal.
