Changed "religion" to higher level Laws need to be edited.

Map - after 3rd region is taken. Milmice needs to change name and add crest, so we are properly seen on 'diplomatic relations' page of BM

History - i think we can open a subpage for History and left only a short one version in the main. maybe we can move the statistic section in the history page too.
