Allegiance Change

Attila changed allegiance, he didn't surrender. To surrender Attila would have had to (a) have been the duke of a city that wasn't the capital and (b) Heen troops would also have needed to be present.

Basically, Attila bravely changed his loyalties for the good of his people. He did not surrender like a snivelling coward.
