It is interesting to note that of the three realms listed in this agreement, two were never established (Maia and Averoth). The third, Everguard, once expanded to cover half the claimed territory, then almost immediately fell apart and was nearly destroyed by severe monster invasions. --Indirik 03:49, 1 April 2009 (UTC)
