Perdan/Treaties/Terms of Loan

On this day, February 6, 2024, The Kingdom of Perdan provides to the Kingdom of Caligus the sum of 3,000 gold coins for the purposes of conducting warfare in defense of their territories An Najaf, Viseu, and Evora.

In recognition of this provision, Caligus shall return 3,000 gold coins with a simple interest rate of 16.6% (500 gold) at a point no later than 90 days following the signing of a peace treaty between Caligus and Shadowdale. Failure to pay the entire sum listed in the terms of this loan by the listed date shall be grounds for official diplomatic sanctions.

As representatives of our respective Kingdoms, we the undersigned agree to abide by the terms listed in this document.
