Minimal Risk:

Rank D operatives are advised to remain in the training program. Any deviation from the prescribed training regimen will not be supported, and any ventures into the field are at the operative's personal risk. The organization will not accept any responsibility for damages related to the Rank D operative while independently on the field. Rank D operatives who do choose to defer training to do fieldwork will be required to have at least 5 soldiers and 2 scouts and to provide scouting reports of all regions to which they are traveling to HQ. Rank D operatives are not allowed to engage in any activities categorized higher than "Minimal Risk" on the field. Minimal risk includes only the following: Engaging enemy forces with a combined strength no more than 1.5 times the total combined strength of the units of friendly operatives in the area, scouting regions, performing acts of destruction to property against enemy regions that are allowed for non-operatives.

Any Rank D operative who engages in acts above Minimal Risk will do so at his or her own risk, and the organization will neither claim responsibility for the operative's actions, nor take any action to ensure the safety and well-being of the operative.

Rank C

40%-60% infiltration skill

Low Risk

Rank C operatives are encouraged to remain in the training program. Any deviation from the prescribed training regimen will not be supported, and any ventures into the field must be approved by the administrative committee. The organization will not accept any responsibility for damages related to the Rank C operative for actions that were not approved by the committee. If the Rank C operative is approved for fieldwork, he or she is required to have at least 2 scouts and to provide scouting reports of all regions to which they are traveling to HQ. There is no unit requirement for Rank C operatives.

Rank C operatives are not permitted to engage in actions categorized higher than "Low Risk" on the field. Low risk includes only the following: Everything included in minimal risk, counting gold, low risk food burning, low risk warehouse sabotage, low risk fortification sabotage, travel disruption.

Any Rank C operative who engages in acts above Low Risk will do so at his or her own risk, and the organization will neither claim responsibility for the operative's actions, nor take any action to ensure the safety and well-being of the operative.

Rank B

60%-80% infiltration skill

Moderate Risk

Rank B operatives are encouraged to remain in the training program and may leave at any time upon acceptance into Rank A. Any deviation from the prescribed training regimen will not be supported, and any ventures into the field must be approved by the administrative committee. The organization will not accept any responsibility for damages related to the Rank B operative for actions that were not approved by the committee. There are no requirements for unit quantity or paraphernalia.

Rank B operatives are not permitted to engage in actions categorized higher than "Moderate Risk" on the field. Moderate risk includes only the following: Everything included in low risk, taking small amounts of gold, moderate risk food burning, moderate risk warehouse sabotage, moderate risk fortification sabotage.

Any Rank B operative who engages in acts above Moderate Risk will do so at his or her own risk, and the organization will neither claim responsibility for the operative's actions, nor take any action to ensure the safety and well-being of the operative.

Rank A

>80% infiltration skill

High Risk

Rank A operatives are not required to be in any training program. There are no requirements for unit quantity or paraphernalia.

Rank A operatives are not required to submit field missions for approval. However Rank A operatives are advised to inform the committee on the details of their mission. Any consequences of mission details that were not brought to the committee's attention will not be the responsibility of the organization.

Rank A operatives are permitted to engage in actions categorized "High Risk" and lower. High risk includes only the following: Everything included in moderate risk, taking any quantity of gold, high risk food burning, high risk warehouse sabotage, high risk fortification sabotage.

Note that Rank A operatives, and all operatives lower than Rank A, are not permitted to murder militia or to assault nobles. Doing so is at the operative's own risk, and the organization will neither claim responsibility for the operative's actions, nor take any action to ensure the safety and well-being of the operative.

Rank S

>80% infiltration skill; >60% swordfighting skill

Licensed to Kill

There are no restrictions on Rank S operatives. However Rank S operatives are contractually bound not to speak to anyone other than the Asterion and the designated Intermediary of matters that relate to their missions.
