The Westmoorian Column (Westmoor), sponsored by Gregor Relak, Duke of Westmoor, were led into battle by Marshal Arica Maldives. Percival Prestongreen (Lord) is spotted wielding the Elemental Club of Suffering. Maedros Iltaran (Lord) is spotted wearing the Daemonic Vest of Morshes. Araris Alerian (Knight of Oligarch, Westmoor) was captured by Travis Nautilus's unit. Defender Victory! Ruler Elected The realm of Sultanate of Asena has elected Alparslan Kalkandelen as its Sultan. He received 36% of the valid votes cast. Alexander Acies Dux Ducis, Duke of Parm is spotted wearing the Ornate Armour of Strength. Dallian Alumaani (Knight of Sirion) is spotted reading from the Mysterious Book. Sir Ilias Thunthorn, General of Sirion, Count of Flismar is spotted wielding the Cruel Staff of Flame. Dallian Alumaani (Knight of Sirion) is spotted wearing the White Breastplate. Lady Gabriella Kinsey, Supreme Justice of Fontan was seriously wounded by Talius Valorian's unit. Attacker Victory! Foreign Leave Lady Gabriella Kinsey, Supreme Justice of Fontan has been seriously wounded during the battle in Fontan.

Few Nobles get Caught in Kazan

February 11th - SoA sent over half their army to attack but a few nobles in Kazan, this happened shortly after their backstabbing leaders yet again refused their old agreements and declared war when OI tried to keep the agreement! In the overwhelming odds, Duke Paul fought valiantly to make sure others could escape the hands of evil, and it is quite regrettable that the Duke was captured as a result.

A Fatal Mistake

February 11th - After moving into Kazan, to secure the known land claims on the region, this apparently upset the Asenians as they followed this move by a war declaration. Many on the Islands find this quite amusing, that a realm, constantly loosing battles and regions, would dare declare war instead of handing over something that is and never was theirs to begin with.

OI Relations Change

February 11th - It seems like it was not that long ago when Sirion was an enemy, or Ibladesh was an enemy, or Caligus relations where but a step above enemy...yet here we are today, with peace in Ibladesh, an alliance in Caligus and an alliance in Sirion. With the constant changing of diplomacy it is...well hard to keep up.

Turning Back?

February 11th - King Flaylen has dropped the alliance with Caligus and has since declared war on them. Relations with Perdan and Sirion have also been lowered to neutral, down to peace with OI. During this time, relations with DoA, Ibladesh, SoA and Fontan have rose to peace. Does King Flaylen plan to rejoin the federation, is this a temporary raise, or is this something new for Westmoor altogether? Only time will tell.

A New Election, Westmoor

February 11th - During the rebellion, King Jor was removed from office (through protests not by the rebellion), as the election ran the rebels could not take control of the palace, and the election was successful, leading to the election of King Flaylen.

Westmoor Rebellion

February 11th - A rebellion has broken out in Westmoor, details are unclear but many believe this has to do with the dramatic shift in politics recently.

Westmoor Federation Broken!

February 11th - King Jor, of Westmoor, has broken the federation with SoA, Fontan, Ibladesh and DoA, along with this move relations have been raised with Sirion and Caligus while maintaining the alliances with Perdan and OI.

Articles Return!

February, 11th - Finally after taking over a month off, the articles from the Obsidian News are returning! Many are looking forward to the return of information coming straight from the Islands, and as always - free!
