This ring was first found in the hands of some great undead beast by Barzak Foolsguard, a crude and dirty man, somewhere in Darka. He believed it was literally a girdle, and so attempted to sell it as a general solution to all lower-body ailments. He is currently trying to sell it in Talerium.
