Mozley Personal Guard

Overview

My liege has commissioned me to Captain his unit of fighting men. It is up to me to keep order and structure within our ranks and therefore I keep all of our records up to date. I have chosen the structure of our unit and will keep records of who is where, pay, bonuses, leave and anything else required of me to keep this unit well drilled, disciplined and ready for battle. Unit Structure

As part of the Fissoan Army we are representing not just my liege, Andrert Mozley, but the Grand Duchy of Fissoa too. Therefore the unit will consist of the following basic structure.

• Platoons of 5 Privates each and headed by a Lance Corporal.
• A Corporal will oversee 4 Lance Corporals.
• A Sergeant will oversee 3 Corporals.
• A Lieutenant will be in charge of 2 Sergeants.
• The Captain will be in charge of 2 Lieutenants and commands the whole unit.

This structure would effectively give a total of 307 men per Captain inclusive.

If the unit expands large enough to warrant a second Captain then this rank will be known as Commander. A Commander will be in charge of a Section for example if Sword Company warranted a Commander then the Captain would be in charge of 1 Infantry Regiment | Sword Company | 1 Section and the Commander would be in charge of 1 Infantry Regiment | Sword Company | 2 Section.
