Shallow like his brothers underwent gruesome training to get them fit enough to fight in battle and not be instantly killed or shaken. He was then at the age of 17 sent off to Caligus where his family also had interests, he stayed there for some time before immigrating to the famous war island.
Taselak
Here shallow stayed making friends and fighting in wars until the death of his brother forced him to return.
Perdan
In Perdan his younger brother waited for him to arrive from Taselak and fight beside him.
