Impenetrable Jacket of the Vulcano

Creation of the Jacket

The jacket is said to have been formed many ages ago in the fires of a now dormant vulcano. The extreme heat and fire of the vulcano hardened the vest into a substance harder than any sword and more majestic than any armor. Due to its ornate beauty but hardened resilience, the jacket brings prestige to whomever is seen wearing it.

The jacket's craftsman was reportedly assaulted for his creation when he refused to sell it at market to a noble of the realm. Before dying, the craftsman supposedly set a curse upon the thief, who was them damned to wander the continent as an undead for eternity.

The Finding of the Jacket

The Impenetrable Jacket of the Vulcano is said to have first been found by Arreon, a commoner in Beluaterra. The royal historians account that Arreon was nearly beaten to death when an unknown noble vanquished the undead champion that was set upon him. Arreon then tricked the noble and made off with the Noble's rightful prize.

Some partial letters and history indicates that the royal version may not be totally correct, and that Arreon had simply managed to best the champion in combat, finding this jacket amongst his bones.
