"The Immaculate Cult" (Name for religion still under consideration)

Main idea behind the religion is that of a nobles "right" to rule. Peasants who work hard and follow orders will be nobles int he next life. Thus nobles are literally good people by simply being nobles. For a noble to remain noble in the next life he would have to rule over hem justly, and not abuse them whenever necessary. If the time came for war, it is the nobles duty however to recruit from the populace for their own good. IT is the nobles duty to train and prepare the peasants for war, and it is the nobles duty to lead them in battle.

Origin of the world.

A believer in Immaculatism does not concern himself with the origin of the world around him. GodX said to the first prophet when question about the creation of the world, "a man is shot with a poison arrow, but before the doctor pulls it out, he wants to know who shot it (arguing the existence of God), where the arrow came from (where the universe and/or God came from) why that person shot it (why God created the universe), etc. If the man keeps asking these questions before the arrow is pulled out, GodX reasoned, he will die before he gets the answers." Meaning that for one to obtain nobility they must not concern themselves these matter. They must live in the moment, and work hard to remain good and just.

Beliefs

The Five Maxims

The Five Maxims constitute the basic Immaculatistic code of ethics, undertaken by lay followers.

   1. To refrain from taking life, when it is not called for (unjust murder)
   2. To refrain from taking that which is not given (not committing theft)
   3. To refrain from sensual (including sexual) misconduct
   4. To refrain from lying (speaking truth always)
   5. To refrain from the disobeying of ones superior (refusal to follow orders)

Meditation

A believer in Immaculatism must meditate daily in order to discover ones true self. The meditation is fundamentally concerned with two themes: transforming the mind and using it to explore itself and other phenomena.
