Slain in battle at Ipsosez 2013-10-16

Tinwe was a favored cousin of the main Huntsmaster clan hailing from Atamara. Her father moved the family to the Far East while managing a large trading house, and the family quickly converted to the dominant faith on the island, Magna Aenilia Ecclesia. Tinwe faithfully served the Holy City of Idapur since she came of age. As an impressionable young noble she fought under the legendary Xarnelf Lightstar; later that year, Xarnelf was cut down before the walls of Nahad beset on all sides by enemies. Tinwe was lying sick and unto death in Ipsosez when he passed, a fault for which she never forgave herself. The siege of Nahad marked the end of the war with Arcaea, with Aenilia suing for peace shortly afterwards. Tinwe soon made her way to the White City; a short ways outside on a nearby hilltop she found the pyre from the Paladin's funeral. There she swore vengeance on Arcaea, taking her oath with a stiff Zonasan brandy, and filling a phial with ash. The clouds opened up on her and Tinwe left the hilltop feeling full of the divine.

He renown spread quickly, and she could always be found at the head of the Paladin's Legacy. This rugged band was primarily comprised of tough and ready fighters who had once fought alongside Xarnelf. Recognizing Tinwe as cut of the same cloth, they came often in small bands to join her company. She became General of Greater Aenilia a few months after Xarnelf's death, but events on the island mostly passed Aenilia by. When Aenilia did join another war, it was almost by accident, and always destined to end in tears. First Nahad fell, then Idapur. Ipsosez held for a time, but Aenilia was asked each time to stand alone by her allies-in-name, and each time she faltered. It ended that way for Tinwe- she, too, fell before the walls, surrounded by an Arcaean horde. It was Azgath of Coralynth that struck the deathblow, but Amos of Arcaea's archers had wounded her, and Arcaean boots trod her into the mud. The Paladin's Legacy fought on in the mud and the blood and the tears, wounding Magnor of Arcaea and shredding the troops of two more Arcaean nobles, but it was for naught.

The Duchess Adaria found her there. Aged yet tender hand still clutching her sword, face upturned to the raid, and a broken phial of ash on her chest. The Lady Tinwe Hunstmaster, Lady High Paladin of Greater Aenilia, Countess Of Erahol, last of the White, was dead. The Duchess laid Tinwe's sword on her chest and clasped her hands over the hilt. What remained of the Paladin's Legacy came to bear her away into the gathering storm, and as they raised her, Adaria could have sworn that she saw the light gather around them for a moment before dancing up toward the heavens.
