THE RAISE OF THE LORD

The sun was rising and letting everyone know the fields of Trinbar full with bodies from Fontanesse, Asenans and Westmoorians.

Ryu was cleaning his katana when suddenly one of his scribes approached...

Scribe: "Mylord, Mylord. The referendum is over, you are the new Count of Limbar!"

Ryu: "I see... Thank you for the message scribe, you can rest now."

The Samurai took a look to his Akodo Champions, they were in great shape..

Ryu: "Champions, take some hours to rest, i have an issue to speak with Judge Erik"

Ryu headed straight to Erik's mannor in Trinbar. As soon as he reached the place, the guards knew it was the Samurai and let Ryu pass without any questions. Erik Eyolf was in the common room with some engineerings, taking a look into some diagrams of the new walls in Trinbar to be reconstructed.

Ryu: "Mylord, i need to speak with you. Seems that i am the new Count of Limbar..."

THE RAISE OF THE LORD

The walls were a project for the close future. The people of Trinbar had a lot of complaints and the unhappiness was the worst problem. The farms had been devastated and the hunger was a constant in the last days. A deplorable situation that should never happen and certainly would have a special attention of the Judge of Sirion to never to happen again. With Sir Ryu's arrival, the Judge ordered that the employees left after two chalices of wine were served. Silver chalices, something that the employees got to hide of the enemy greed.

Erik Eyolf: "Sit down and drink, Lord of Limbar."

Erik waited that his friend sit down and catch the chalice, after a sip he continued:

Erik Eyolf: "Then, Sirion finally recognized your value. Doesn't just with the honor and a warrior's sagacity, but with the experience and royal blood necessary to lead a region and our people. I always knew that it would happen. You served me well and you always went a pride for me and for Sirion. I have a lot of work now and unhappily I cannot commemorate appropriately. I cannot march with the Stormwalkers with you and our Red Dragons to honor Sirion with my presence in the battlefield. My people need me here and the reconstruction of the walls will be a great weight in my shoulders.

I promised to you in the past that one of our RC's would receive a homage to your people and I didn't forget my promise. Not rob of me all the beautiful women of elegant smile and silk dresses of your old estates, I will thank for it. I discovered recently that some of them receives special education in the arts of pleasing a man. Ah, and one of your blacksmiths. They seem to have a singular ability to sharpen my swords. Those are my last orders and desires. Then you will be free to go, don't as Knight of Trinbar, but as the good friend that you always were and now like Lord of Limbar."

The Judge of Sirion raised the chalice and drank a greater and thirsty sip of the good wine.

THE RAISE OF THE LORD

Ryu standed up and rised his hand to join Erik.

Ryu: "My friend, Thankfully many enemies got lost in the way to the lion lands in Trinbar and thus my people and the estates are in perfect condition. I have ordered Nitta and the rest to start the caravan towards Limbar, but i have ordered to leave the constructions intact as many Trinbarians are homeless. My fishermans will stay for a while to teach our sacred arts to the Trinbarian people as a sign of how gratefull we are. Trinbar will be always in my mind and heart and as such i will always defend it. Now if you excuse me our Asenian friends are waiting for my blade to slash them.

May your spirit never die my friend!"

With a bow in sign of respect Ryu left the mannor, with a smile on his face and a feeling of be more alive than ever.
