Hinamoto Family/Jun/More than a Scar...

It was a cold night, Jun entered in the domains of an ancient beast that was roaming in the region of Dunnbrook.

Silent he walked a couple of steps and entered in a big lair. The smell was the smell of death. Rotten animal corpses and skulls everywhere.

This beast was not an ordinary one, he knew Jun. He chased the beast all across Caerwyn until he finally found his lair.

With a deep breath, Jun advanced deeper into the lair when suddenly, he felt a strong pain in his left arm. Claws big and sharp went deep inside Jun's flesh. The pain was intense, the beast grabbed Jun and took off his sword.

Injured and with a horrible pain in his arm, Jun could saw his face. The monster half man, half Tiger stood at Jun's eyes.

-"You will now suffer the pain i have suffered, you will now be hunted as im been hunted. Now you will feel what is to be cursed eternally!"

Jun felt the big tiger claw hitting his face and then all went dark...

It was a rainy day...

Jun woke up with the sweet sound of a young lady near him

-"Dad, dad! The stranger is awake!!"

Jun had no idea where he was. It was some kind of small house with the roof made of wood.

-"Where am i? What happened?"

Jun saw the figure of a tall man, a farmer he would say for the way he dressed.

-"You are in Dunnbrook's village, you have suffered terrible wounds. What happened we dont know, as you appeared in our frontdoor already in this state. What you were doing that left you like this?"

-"I dont know, i was entering a monster's cave, an ancient monster and he got me. Then i remember all went dark, and thats all."

-"Humm, well, if you are a monster killer then you have my gratitude, it is very hard to work in the farm nowadays, we are constantly invaded"

-"Yes well, apparently i was not good enough... I think is time for me to use my recomendations and become a noble..."

-"Owww my... A noble? Well, you need to rest some more time, otherwise you will not be able to heal properly"

-"I will rest later, i want to start my noble career soon, i got tired of this monsters who almost end my life"

-"Well young man, i wish you good luck!"

-"Sir, you have been very kind to me and i shall not forget your help, now is time for me to go"

With a deep and intense pain in his face and left shoulder, a sudden flashback came to his mind. Scenes of his enounter with the mighty beast and more pain surrounded him. Then he touched his face. He could felt a big scar that crossed his entire face.

-"Seems that this beast marked me for life"

-"You will live, but yes, that scars will live with you forever. Farewell young man."

Jun left the farm, and headed directly to the house of the Lord of Dunnbrook. A new life was starting for him...
