Heen (Realm)/Heenite Highlights/August '07/Alana Arrives

Alana was walking through Heen contemplating how her sister would do in the tournament in Reeds. She expected not so well, as it had always been their brother Bartho who showed excellence with the sword. However, Alana knew that her sister liked the company of others, and meeting new people was always the best part of being at tournament.

As Alana moved along, she heard the sounds of a party somewhere nearby. Instantly she recognised the sound that she had heard and loved during long nights before battles with the undead. It was the Celtic music, and by the sounds of it, Erin O’Deagheidh. If not, then someone very talented on the fiddle to rival Erin’s abilities. She couldn’t help but smile and head straight towards the music and see her Celtish friends, for where there was one, there was likely to be many, as the Celts were a tight-knit groups of friends.

As Alana neared the place she could see a bit of commotion and thought it must be a good party, she walked in to see Seamus dancing for his life on the table in the centre of the room. His feet moving faster than her eye’s could follow, she stood there gazing on at the handsome figure, and thinking she would have to get him to teach her some of those moves. She caught the glance of Seamus who shot her a smile and locked his eyes on her while he danced. She felt flush and her cheeks reddened as she headed over to Thrydwulf Grancourt, who was also in the inn, clearly enjoying the atmosphere as well.
