Geakwadde Family/Adalace

Adalace is a balanced version of her siblings. She shares Raif's pragmatism, but in place of his mercenary views she has compassion. Likewise, she shares Poindexter's curiosity and lust for knowledge, but she lacks his ego and intellectual insecurity. She does tend to be headstrong and does not always consider the ramification of her actions. As a result, she can appear to be very courageous, or merely foolhardy. On the other hand, she strives hard to do what she feels is right, and she is not afraid to speak truth to power.

Adalace is a knight of Kalmar. She came to the East Continent and joined the Avamar Selective because she thought that was where she was needed the most. Little did she understand the local politics (OOC: nor I the OOC politics, which I have no interest in becoming involved with) before arriving, but she is determined to see it to the bitter end.

OOC: Adalace is named for Augusta Ada Byron, Countess of Lovelace. Daughter of Lord Byron, she is better known as Ada Lovelace, and is considered by many to be the first computer programmer.
